How a partnership works

  1. Understand the requirement

We begin with the population, case type, geography, service objective and operational requirements of the partner.

  2. Define the service pathway

We agree on the scope of support, referral process, communication responsibilities, service boundaries and expected response arrangements.

  3. Coordinate local delivery

Our team connects the patient or member with relevant healthcare resources and coordinates the agreed services in China.

  4. Communicate and follow through

We maintain communication with the patient, provider and referring organization, subject to patient authorization and the agreed reporting scope.

  5. Review and adapt

For ongoing programs, service pathways can be reviewed as provider availability, utilization patterns and partner requirements evolve.

04

Flexible ways to work together

Partnerships can be structured according to the type and volume of support required.

Case-by-case referrals

Support for individual patients or members when a healthcare need arises.

Defined service pathways

Pre-agreed workflows for services such as second opinions, complex-care navigation, treatment coordination or health screening.

Local delivery support

White-label or co-branded programs

Services delivered under an agreed partner-facing model, subject to operational, compliance and communication requirements.

Healthcare relationships and coordination experience

Valurise Group has a longstanding strategic partnership with Mayo Clinic and institutional collaborations with UCLA Health and The Royal Marsden Hospital. Its wider international medical experience also includes work with other leading institutions.

The Group has coordinated second opinions and care involving medical institutions across the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, Germany and other countries.

In China, our work is supported by practical experience coordinating access to public hospitals, specialist centres, international medical facilities, health screening providers and other healthcare resources. Access remains subject to medical suitability, provider acceptance and current availability.

Healthcare technology and operational capability

Valurise Group combines healthcare service delivery with its own technology and research capabilities. The Group’s wider experience includes medical data systems, health-risk models, digital health-management tools and AI-enabled applications.

For institutional programmes, technology can support service administration, information management and future programme development. The use of any technology remains subject to the agreed service scope, appropriate data protection and human oversight.
