YOUR SERVICE PATHWAY

A pathway shaped around the patient and the proposed care.

  1. Initial enquiry and needs assessment

We begin with the patient’s medical situation, treatment objective, available information and practical circumstances.

  2. Medical navigation and preliminary planning

Relevant hospitals and clinical resources are considered, or the scope is planned around a provider the patient has already selected.

  3. Acceptance and pre-arrival coordination

Available information on provider acceptance, appointments, timing, expected charges and preparation is clarified before travel where possible.

  4. Care in China

We coordinate the agreed practical, language and communication support while clinical care remains under the responsibility of the treating provider.

  5. Discharge and return-home follow-up

We help organize relevant records and communication for follow-up after treatment or further care in the patient’s home location.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Understand what can be confirmed in advance.

Before travel, we aim to clarify the proposed provider, available appointment or admission information, expected timing, known provider charges, required records and practical preparation. Some clinical decisions, tests, treatment plans and final costs can only be determined after the treating provider evaluates the patient.
